Shipping policy

We accept breakage or damaged claims made within 3 calendar days from the time your package is delivered. Please thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery. If your order has been damaged or items broken, please contact us at within three days of delivery.

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please monitor the shipping status of your package. It will arrive at the shipping address specified in the order within 1-5 business days from the time that email is sent for U.S. deliveries. If you don’t receive your package within a week, please contact us as You have 5 days from the date UPS, FedEx or USPS claims they delivered the order to report a missing package. We can not be responsible for any lost packages reported after that time.
