ITEM BREAKAGE OR DAMAGES
We accept breakage or damaged claims made within 3 calendar days from the time your package is delivered. Please thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery. If your order has been damaged or items broken, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of delivery.
When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please monitor the shipping status of your package. It will arrive at the shipping address specified in the order within 1-5 business days from the time that email is sent for U.S. deliveries. If you don’t receive your package within a week, please contact us as email@example.com. You have 5 days from the date UPS, FedEx or USPS claims they delivered the order to report a missing package. We can not be responsible for any lost packages reported after that time.
