RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at orders@begoniaandbench.com.
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging (which includes tags and labels intact and uncut if applicable) may be eligible for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is not included. Seasonal, Limited Edition, and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@begoniaandbench to obtain a return authorization before you return any products. Please be sure to include your order information for proper credit.
ITEM BREAKAGE OR DAMAGES
We accept breakage or damaged claims made within 3 calendar days from the time your package is delivered. Please thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery. If your order has been damaged or items broken, please contact us at orders@begoniaandbench.com within three days of delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please monitor the shipping status of your package. It will arrive at the shipping address specified in the order within 1-5 business days from the time that email is sent for U.S. deliveries. If you don’t receive your package within a week, please contact us as orders@begoniaandbench.com. You have 5 days from the date UPS, FedEx or USPS claims they delivered the order to report a missing package. We can not be responsible for any lost packages reported after that time.
