#wellnesswednesday Have you been feeling out of sorts or having a rough time, but you can't quite put your finger on why?  Next question, have you taken time for yourself?  It can be hard and we are guilty here ( hello small business=ALL your time) but it can do miracles for your #mindset 🤗
Quick & Simple ideas to do TODAY:
📚 Read. Just about any type works- books, blogs, magazines. Find a quiet spot, curl up in a blanket and take 20 mins for yourself
🌲Go Outside. If you can walk, a short stroll can clear your head can put you back in a refreshed place. Sitting outside ( take your book) can make for a great choice too!
🕯️ Create a space that is cheerful, add flowers to your home, light a candle. #rejuv is my top choice currently if I want to feel like I'm at a spa or just to simply sit in calm
🎵Clear your head. Listen to happy music or a meditation podcast on #spotify. The Sleep Cove w/ Christopher Fitton is great for resting and the playlist "Meditate to the Sounds of Nature", simply peaceful
